When is it advisable to take Limbo products?

They can be consumed at any time of the day.

To be effective, it should be taken in the morning or before doing any sporting activity to be able to enjoy its benefits to the fullest.

How can I measure the quantities?

A dose of any Limbo Essentials product can be measured with a dessert spoon which corresponds to 5g.

What is the shipping amount?

Shipping costs may vary depending on your location between €3 and €5 for packages within the country. Shipping is free for orders over €35. (Except Islands)

Is it possible to modify the shipping information after I have confirmed the order?

Yes, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and new delivery address.

I have placed an order, when will I receive it?

Our delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected. In the peninsula and the Balearic Islands, you can expect to receive your order within 48 to 72 hours. For shipments to the Canary Islands, the deadline is 6 working days. It is important to note that during sales periods or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer. We guarantee that you will receive your order within the estimated time according to your destination and shipping choice.

What happens if my order is returned?

If, after two weeks, the package has not been delivered, it will be returned to our facilities. The return may be due to the following circumstances:

  • The address provided is incorrect.
  • No person was able to pick up the package at the collection point during the two-week period.
  • The customer refused delivery of the package.

What happens if I am not at home when my package is delivered?

If you are not present at your home during delivery and if the courier cannot leave the package with another person or in a safe place, a warning card will be left. The courier will make two delivery attempts. If it is not possible for someone to receive the package at the address indicated, we recommend that you provide a work address or that of a friend or family member as an alternative.

If you have not received a notification and your package has not yet arrived, please contact us through our support email, providing your email address and order number. We will be happy to help you track your package.

What payment options are available?

We accept both credit and debit cards as the main forms of payment, in addition to PayPal. We want to highlight that all our payment options guarantee a secure environment. Credit and debit cards are processed securely through Stripe, with the addition of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to keep your data safe.

Can I return a product? As?

If you wish to return a product, you have a period of 30 days from the date you received the item. To start the return process, within the email that you will receive once your order has been delivered, you will find an option to manage the return of the desired product. Make sure you follow the procedure from there.

It is important to keep in mind that the product you wish to return must be unopened. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will proceed to make the corresponding refund. Shipping costs in the return process will be the responsibility of the customer.

In the event that you receive an order with quality problems, defects or damage, please contact us within 2-3 days through our email at . Be sure to provide the order number, a photograph or video that shows the defect, and an image of the delivery note. In this case, we will replace the product with one of equal value, provide a one-year voucher for the same value, or issue a refund, depending on your preference. In addition, shipping costs will be covered by us.

Finally, if the product does not meet your expectations, you do not experience the desired effects, or the flavor is not to your liking, you can request a return and refund of the product within 30 calendar days. In this case, keep in mind that as a consumer, you will have to assume the shipping and return costs.
