Treat yourself to an experience of pure well-being with BikeOn, SUP Caldetes, S7T training and Clara Begur on the Costa Brava. An unforgettable sports day to share with your friends and the best company.
The event will be divided into three groups: Power, Glow and Balance. Depending on the profile or discipline with which you feel most identified, you will be part of one group or another, with a completely personalized activity.
What does each activity consist of?
power
Gravel bike route through the interior of l'empordà with Joan Morelló, founder of More Adventures, technical sports instructor and mid-mountain guide. We have designed an exclusive cycling route with the experience of our mountain guide in which you will discover scenarios impressive and meticulously selected trails that will ensure an experience full of excitement and adrenaline.
Difficulty level: medium/high.
Glow
Directed outdoor Pilates class with our instructor Hector Arroyo. Their energetic and fun classes will renew your vitality and leave you with a feeling of total well-being. A unique approach that will motivate you to push your limits and enjoy yourself to the fullest.
Difficulty level: medium
Balance
Sup yoga class in one of the most charming coves in Calella de Palafrugell with Mariona Ventura, Hatha Vinyasa and SUP yoga instructor. Immerse yourself in that embrace of calm and beauty. A feeling of deep peace that will leave your body and mind renewed and radiant.
Difficulty level: low/medium
As a good Limbo Essentials community, the three groups will meet again at the end of the activities to enjoy a delicious brunch prepared with a lot of care and love by Clara Begur.

Where and when will the event take place?
The meeting point will be on the old road from Palafrugell to Calella de Palafrugell, inside the Garden, just after the “Funky pizza” restaurant.
That is where the three groups will be distributed and later where we will meet again at the end of the activities to continue with the Limbo brunch.
The location is easy to access, free private parking and lockers to leave your belongings.
How to register?
The cost per activity and brunch is 33 euros, which also includes all the necessary material for each exercise.
It is essential to reserve your place in advance since these are limited for each group or discipline. You can reserve yours by clicking on the "Reserve your place" button.
